1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the corehub platform ("the Service"), provided by corehub Limited ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

corehub is a cloud-based point-of-sale and repair shop management system. We provide tools for inventory management, ticket tracking, customer communication, and business analytics.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with notice provided to you at least 30 days in advance.

5. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host and process your data to provide the Service to you. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; or (d) reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, corehub Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless corehub Limited and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your subscription fees are unpaid.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website or by emailing you.
